Scatter chart - problems replicating chart layout

Hello everyone,

I really want to replicate a layout of a chart I found but I can't do it alone. The chart represents some subjects that are rated using a Likert scale (5 points) and 2 participants's answers are compared.

A link to the file with the image and my draft is attached:

Omg Steve this is ridiculous! Thank you so much, I'm literally tearing up a bit that you took the time to find a solution and describe it so well, not everyone would make such an effort. I was hoping that there is a "standard" way to do this without using the camera tool and you found it...
