Scheduled/Worked Time

Hey guys,

I have something I cannot wrap my brain around. Here is the situation:

Each person has a schedule they have to follow, for our example, we will have a person that works 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They will have a 1 hour lunch, but that will be figured out later (Already know how to do that). I have a report that will tell me what time the person clocks and out each day. If they clock in late, then that is x minutes removed from there worked hours, if they clock in early, it cannot help them. Same thing for leaving early/late.

So with a scheduled time in/out and an actual time in/out I want to see how many hours the person worked within there scheduled in/out times.

I prefer a formula, but VB is an option as well.

Thanks for the help!

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
