Scheduling with dependencies?

I have a spreadsheet to create a schedule for each of our upcoming projects. Its fairly simple, but i do not know how to do any of this...

The Spreadsheet contains 2 pages:
• Page 1 = Milestone
• Page 2 = Holidays

Milestone:
• I have some categories and other content, but the cells in concern are from E02 - E25
• Most of these cells have dependencies based on each other, which I have done using simple cell scripts like "=E25-10" to give the result of 10 days before the date of E25.

Holidays:
• Here is where I list all the holidays that we or our partners are closed.
• This can easily be changed to fit a format for this schedule to work automatically.

What I want:
• I want to be able to plug in a date in the Milestone cell E25 for the project completion.
• Based on the date in E25, the rest of the Milestone should auto complete, following the requirements I put in the cell dependencies.
• Then, after that is done, the schedule should be auto modified based on the Holidays so that the due-dates fall on the dates immediately before when the holiday starts.

Is this possible?

Excel Facts

The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
