Hello all
I have a scroll bar that used to work fine. Now its acting weird and when I press it it does not refresh until i move the mouse off the scroll bar. I tried deleting the old one and putting new one in, tried rebooting excel nothing works.
Have any of you seen this mess before? Please let me know if you know how to solve this.
