Search column for text and return 1 or 0

Hi,

I need to search a column to see if it contains text from S2&T1 (which are cells that contain text). I am using the IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH())) formula but it does not seem to be working. The column is on a different tab in excel. I tried adding an image of it. Not sure if it works. Thanks.

Does that different tab have a name? What column are you targeting in that tab?

Your image is not visible (it possibly resides on your own pc)... Try to answer the questions of post #2 if possible.

name of tab is 'RR Mod'. I am picking up column C by doing C:C. Thanks

This is what my formula looks like thus far:

=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH($S2&T$1,'RR MOD'!$C:$C)),1,0)

$S2&T$1 pick up 001 and Upgrade-1 in this circumstance.

=ISNUMBER(MATCH("*"&$S2&T$1&"*",C:C,0))+0

post 5 rows from column C.
