Search & Export User Form

I need vba for a user form that requests a user to input a 10 digit code and upon clicking a search button, brings back the number of occurances of that 10 digit code within column J of each sheet in the active workbook. I would then like the user to be able to click another button which exports this information along with the 6 cells to the left of the value and the 6 cells to the right of the value to a new workbook.

I have the form designed, but need a start on the vba, any help greatly appreciated.
