I have made the spreadsheet alot simplier to those that saw my last post.

Now what I need to do (if its possible)

Search for some data and make all the searched data be put somewhere other than the sheet the data is on.

Ie.

Here is my spreadsheet

City Space Walking Distance dadsdsd asdfsdfsd

LON 100 5 dsf df
STL 232 6
NYC 434 34 df
dss rwr 34
sdw ewe 43
sds wewe 65
LON
dssds
NYC
LAX

So based on the above, if I need to search for all the LON and the corresponding info...ie- space, walking distance...blah

how would i do that...I know I could do a find search to highlight all the 'LON' but I want the information seperate...ie...maybe i am only interested in the LON requirements

Can you help

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Ok the info didnt come out how i wanted it to...but you can see what I mean..imagine the titles are city, walking space..and there is data underneath it

qt2006.

seems like an autofilter would do what you need. you could use that to search on any column of info. you can also easily copy only the returned values to another sheet by simply selecting->copying->pasting.

to create an autofilter, highlight your header row, and goto Data->Filter->Autofilter.
