SEARCH FOR VALUE IN MULTIPLE COLUMNS

I am trying to get this to work.
In cell Z2 of the "Data" worksheet, formula needs to search for value in A2, by searching in the "Table" worksheet columns A and B. If the value is found, map what is in column C. If not found, cell is blank.
