Hi Guys, I am not familiar with MS Access and totally newbie question.

Is there a post here showing how to make a search form?

My goal is to ***Retrieve and display information I search.

1. If I type in to search "CC", it will display all information connected to that specific code.

Field will be:

Code
SubChar
Severity
Description
