Is it possible to use the VLOOKup function to check through a workbook containing a number of worksheets and return various values.

What ineed to be able to do is check various Worksheets for a specific text and then return the various results and the associated information on the same row.

If this isnt possible what could I use to do it

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Generally speaking no. A macro would be better suited for this

If you detailed your requirements clearly enough, myself or someone on this board, probably could write you one. You'd just then need to copy the code into a module within your workbook and then run it.
