Search text in a single cell with different combination of strings in another songle cell

I have an excel the has all the job roles separated using / in a single cell e.g Manager / Admin Assistant/ CEO . I wish to match this cell with another cell in a different sheet of the same format of cell mentioned above to find any of the roles between these 2 cells have any duplicate roles. I do not want to separate the roles into different cells. Can anyone share with me which formula should I use for this use case?
