Search with form and save data in orther Sheets

Hi guys,

I have a 2 sheets, one with data 2 colunms (code, Name) in same workbook.
I want, using an userform search by code or name data in Sheets1 (data) and save in the next blank raw in Sheets2 colunm "D" and "E".
It dont like very dificult but i'm a nuby in this...
Can any one help me

I wil try to explain better.

What i want todo:

an userform "form_inscrever" in it a txtBox1 to insert criteria of search
A button to iniciate the search.
The search will append in Sheets1 column A and B. (5000 row)
Data will be displayed in the userform in txtBox2, txtBox3,txtBox4
In the same userform a button will save the data in Sheets2 column D and E in the next blank row.
