Securing my workbook

[clueless2011]

I have created a template with a couple data validation cells and "day" formatted cells. However, i would like to be able to fill in this template, save a copy elsewhere, and email it to a customer without the customer being able to view the tables in these cells or my formulas. I have password protected the sheet, but i dont know where to go from there. Please help.
