Hello,

I have previously been able to select a range by selecting a single cell, holding down the shift key, then clicking another cell to select the entire range.

However, now, when I click the second cell, nothing happens (the range is not selected)?

Any ideas? I googled to no avail.

Thanks

P.S. This issue is happening on my boss's computer... I generally avoid using the mouse as much as possible, but I could not figure out why this was happening.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Check to make sure Scroll Lock is not turned on !
