Select cells BETWEEN 2 search criteria

if i have a table with "Title" at the top of a table and "Total" at the bottom of the table, i need a macro to search for "title" and "total" and select the cells between those 2 searches.

I have a report that has a ton of these tables with different titles and varying amounts of lines between "title" and "total" so i wouldn't be able to just search "title" and select a few lines down.
