Is there away in which I can set a macro button so that when the user clicks it, they can set which directory/folder they want to use?

I've tried using this but it's not exactly what I'm after

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
