To save a lot of time, I'd like to come up with a way to select all rows that contain a certain cell value in column D plus every blank cell in the same column below. I then want to cut all these rows and paste them into a new workbook.
As an example, my data could look like (I have highlighted red the data that I wish to cut from sheet):-

I'm not entirely sure if there is a formula that can achieve this? But I'd be so grateful if anyone can provide the quickest way to achieve this.
