selected items in ListBox, forms Control

If I have a ListBox (Forms Control, NOT ActiveX) attached to my WorkSheet

This ListBox has Extended, Selection Type.

I have no macro attached to this ListBox.

This ListBox name is "QWERT"

I have a image/Button named "IMGmacro" and a macro attached to this image and/or Button.

How can I know the selected items in my ListBox named "QWERT" when I press the image and/or button "IMGmacro"?
