Selecting cells with same formatting

I have a spreadsheet that I keep with a variety of text items. I use this when making an exam, and I only want to select some of the items to be on the test. I typically make my choices by applying boldprint formatting. Is there a way to select all instances in a worksheet with boldprint formatting? I believe I have seen a download/add-on for Excel that allows this, but I'd rather just learn to do it manually if its not too much trouble, and if its possible.

You can do this, but then what would you want to do with the selected cells.

I would want to copy, then paste them into an MS Word document.

I would want to paste them as unformatted text--I don't need the boldprint formatting (or any other type of formatting) to be pasted into Word. I just use the formatting to allow Excel to distinguish the cells I want to copy, and then I want to have Excel select all those cells with boldprint (or any other type of) formatting.
