Selecting team

I would like to know if there is a way for Excel to select team in one column based on data in another column. Here's a simple example of what I need it to do:

team1....23
team2....25
team3....20
team4....22

Winner: team2

I know I can use the Max formula to select the largest data in that column, but how would I have it select the corresponding team?
