Selecting the Home tab in Excel 2007

Hi guys,

Is it possible to select a particular tab (eg, the home tab) using vba code?

I'm no Excel MVP, but usually if you want to do something with VBA, you try recording a macro and see what the code looks like...I recorded a macro, selected the home tab and stopped. Nothing...
