I use Excel 2000 and when I select a range of cells containing numeric data I the status bar (bottom) normally shows the sum of the selection. Currently, it show the minimum of the selection.

Q1 How do I change it back?
Q2 How do I change it to anything else that's available?
Thanks
Steve

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.

Right-click on it.

See the Excel Help topic for "Quick calculations on a worksheet".
