send auto email work anniversary

how can my HR girls auto send email to all when its the work anniversary of some one from an excel sheet populated with the name and the anniversay date of an employee ?

where i put the mail of employee should i replace it ?

you'll need to change the fake address i entered ("Your.Employees@WhereverYou.Work") to your real company's email address.

The code is looking for a space in the employee name. If there is no space, it doesn't know what the person's first name is.

They're no longer necessary for the macro, so you can leave that column blank if you want.
