Send email to include cell contents as body

I'm trying to write code which will:
Send one email to multiple receipients (both TO: and CC: receipients). Each in their own cell?

Include the contents of a cell as the message body and another cell to for the subject of the email.

I'm using Excel '03 and Outlook '03.
Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
