send excel worksheet via outlook

Hello all,

im using excel&outlook 2010.

i got a simple request,however,i dont know how to perform it

i want to create a macro that when i hit it :

the active worksheet will be attached to a new message in outlook (of course,i will insert manually the e mail address).

i dont want the whole workbook,i want only the active worksheet.

another important thing - i want the sheet will be attached as a xlsx file.

can someone help ?
