Hi I have a combo box and I would like to have a VBA Macro that will send a report as it cycles through the box (i.e. change the name in the box and send, change the name again and send etc.). In addition it would be nice to move the file so that it can be hard keyed and lose the formulas prior to its distribution. Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
How is the combobox populated?

If it's from a range or some other source can't you loop through that rather than the combobox itself.

That's probably the first step, but I think you need to post more information about the rest.

What exactly is this 'report'? Is it a worksheet that is somehow driven by the selection of from the workbook?

How/where/what do you want to send ?
