Sending Active Sheet instead of Workbook with VBA

Hello,

I have big Workbook with several sheets in it. I would like people to be automatically send me the content of one sheet and not the whole 2mb workbook.

Work book:
Sub SendActiveWorkbook()
ActivedWorkbook.SendMail _
Recipients:="x.x@x.com", _
Subject:="Another report " & Format(Date, "dd/mmm/yy")
End Sub

How to do this for one Sheet which name is "Send the plan"

I don't think you can send a single worksheet by itself - maybe you change the routine to say: copy active sheet to new workbook, save the new workbook then call the send routine...
