Sending email in excel w/out vba

Anyone know how to send an email in excel like the built in function in access where it only sends the one row of information to match the header and only to the person whose email address is in that row of information..then sends next email to the next row...and without using vba

Or if you need to use vba do you know easy enough code for a begginer to understand..basically I know to press alt+f11 and then create a new module and copy code but then don't really know how to alter code to apply to my worksheet
