i want to send the active workbook by using the code
"ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipients:="xxxx"
can i send it to more than one address ?

look in the help file - as memory serves I believe you amend the vb code and set up an array of addresses.

Only problem with ActiveWorkbook.SendMail is that if you have more than one email address to send to they can not be variables.
