Hi I am new to this so I hope it makes sense & someone can help I am trying to send Individual rows of data from a workbook to different E-mail addresses without send the whole worksheet I have the code below which sends a complete workbook but only want to send say row 1 to joe Bloggs line 2 to say Fred Perry & so on.

I have a feeling that I may need to write an IF ELSE statement but am unsure.

ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipients:=" Joe Bloggs "

Any Help will be greatly Appreciated.

Thanks Adamc that is cool as it explains how to send a section of a workbook via oulook but I am looking really to send out a automated E-mail to several different users E-mail addresses at the same time if that mays sense.

I want to say send user A line, User B line 2 & user C line 3 of the same workbook.

I am not sure if I need to create a form in VBA & attach it to the table in excel that contains the users information.

Again if anyone can help it would be really apprciated.
