I am importing data from a database and it comes out with the following information, Example: Company Name:Address:Phone:Zip Code. The problem is that all of this data is put into one cell (A1). Is there a macro that can separate these fields? For example, column A1 will have the Company Name, column A2 will have the Address, column A3 will have the Phone etc. In other words, is it possible to have a macro identify a colon and move the data on the right hand side of the colon to the next column?
