I need a macro that separates two different lists of cells by 5 rows all the time. (One list above the other list)

The Above list begins at A1 and continues indefinitely downward in column A. But where the Above list ends is where I want the Below list to begin in column B (having a distance by 5 rows). The amount of cells in the Above list always change so when the Above list adds to another cell then I want the Below list to shift down one row. On the same lines, when the above list decreases by one cell then the Below list shifts up by one row. This way they’re always together – parallel no matter what.

Important: The above list contains formulas with text values so when a row is inserted to shift downward I want it to copy the above formula as though you’re dragging the selection to extend the formula.

I can not see how your data looks like but 1 non-VBA solution would be the following:

1. Insert 5 rows between the 2 lists and type a space in the cell just below the 1st list.
2. Highlight the first list, right click and choose CREATE LIST

I tried it but when I add to the Above list the Below list still doesn't shift down - I still have to insert another row myself in order to keep them separated by 5 rows. Thank you though.
