Hi,

I have a calender on my userform for the user to select a date.

Is there anyway to automatically have this date set to the current date when the user opens the userform?

They may want to choose a different date to the current date but the majority of the time it will be the current date that will be entered.

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Here is the code i used from your recommendation:

frmDefects.caldate.Value = Today()

Im getting error: "Sub or function not defined"
