Is it possible to receive some type of alert VISUAL or Email etc... once a Data set has gone below a certain threshold in Power Query?

I'm using Power Query along with a Pivot Chart with ten different AOR's I was wondering instead of using my slicer to activate each AOR to see how much material is available...maybe set some type of notification if one of the AOR's material is getting low. It'll be really cool if it was an email...If anyone has done this or comes across a link discussing this topic please forward to me...Thank you!

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
