Setting a VariableRange

I have a list of items running down column B starting at Row 9 and ending in Row X (unkown/changing).

Is there a way to name that range when I run code. My hurdle is telling it where to end in column B when I set it.

You want to do this in VBA? Perhaps like this:

Dim lngLastRow As Long
Dim rng As Range

lngLastRow = Cells(Rows.COunt,"B").End(xlUp).Row

Set rng = Range("B9:B" & lngLastRow)

'do something with rng:

rng.Name = "myRange"
