Code:
Sub Example1()
  Dim r as Range
  set r = range("A1:T65536")
  Msgbox r.rows.count
End Sub()
Code:
Sub Example2()
  Dim r as Range
  set r = range("V1:AO34464")
  Msgbox r.rows.count
End Sub()
In the first example, the message box show the count 65536 since there are 65536 rows in the range. In the second example it shows 34464.

I want to set a range that should carry 100000 rows. In short, I want to set data in the range V1:AO34464 exactly below A1:T65536 so that the total rows becomes 100000.

Is this possible? If yes, How?

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.

Good afternoon shekhar_pc

No. This is definitely not possible. The number of available rows in Excel is fixed at 65,6536 (2^16) and is not extendable. At all.

You have two choices :

Use Access
Wait for Excel 12 to become available (or try the beta version).
