I was wondering if it were possible to setup a dynamic user form in which the quantity and location of text boxes varies based on a user input.

Let me be a little more specific.

I have price list that gets updated every year. In this proce list, there are products that have different options. For instance the Product XYZ has a part number XYZ-123 where the 1,2,and 3 correspond to different options and prices. Therefore when the sheet is published I get something like

I want to convert it into this.

The number of selections under each option is different and the numbers are not sequential. There are about 50 different products that I need to do this for and none of the structures are exactly the same.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can automate this process. Thanks.
