Settlement date

Hi all!

I've a table in which I manually insert data in column A. What I want is to get manually the settlement date in column B (insert in cell A2, date appears in cell B2) and this only changes if I change what I settled priorly. Could someone please help on this?

My objective is to generate using ODBC a report of those which were updated only last week.
