Setup Printable Watermark in a Report

How can I setup a printable watermark in my report, if a have the watermark CheckBox checked in my userform?

I tried the Page Layout, Background, but it does not print on the report.
I tried to setup a Header with VBA but I could not make the VBA command that set the Header with my Watermark, I want the word "Template" appearing as a background. I think my VBA knowledge is not enough to make it work. Could someone help me?
