Is there a way to shade a block of cells and still show the gridlines? I know I can add borders to the cells, but I don't want them to print, just be visible to whoever is using the worksheet.

Thanks in advance

Hi mg_reich,

No, I don't believe you can show the gridlines of shaded cells. You can, however, use borders as you mentioned and put code in the workbook's BeforePrint event to get rid of the borders just before the worksheet prints and add them back right after.
