I want to share an Excel file but only allow the person to see one sheet while keeping the other sheets private. How I can do it?

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Here is a webpage that explains 3 ways to do this. I knew of the 1st, but the last 2 may be of use to you, as well.

Thank you very much! The problem is that the file should be shared whit another person, so every method I tried, still even if I encrypt with a password and after that open with a password, then the other person sees the sheet

So I think I need to block it per-user, is there any way to do this?

I think you can use a password to open the file that is different than the protection password.
When you do the worksheet protection use one password.
then when you save the workbook, go to the "old style" save box, and use a different password.
1. Save As
2. Browse
3. Tools (by the SAVE button)
4. General Options.
