share workbook

Hi ALl,

I have a wrokbook with some forms and what not in it. my question is, if 5 people need to use this at once will sharing the workbook make that possible? any issues that would arise from that?

You did not say which version of Excel is being used but I think that all versions have some limitations:

I don't like them - they can easily get corrupted (keep back-up copies) and one user could 'overwrite' changes made by another ....

True. but later the owner of the WB can choose to accept or reject changes made to the same cell by multiple users.
