Sheet protection

I have created a worksheet for my work supervisors and what i'm hoping to do is allow them all full access to the sheet but with no access to being able to save as they completely destroyed everything within minutes hahaha.

I chose sheet protection but but dont see the options there for it. I have noticed other sheets that i have open have a read only option but not sure how to do this.

what it is i want, is to allow everyone to view it, but only me to save it.
