Sheet "Spills Over" on Print Even Though Settings Should Prevent It

I am re-creating a spreadsheet for someone. I have copied all the formatting from the original sheet and checked the page settings (margins, zoom, etc.) They all match the original settings; but my sheet spills over the first page in the print preview by just one line.

The person I am making the spreadsheet for does not want me to change the zoom settings or use fit to page. I have tried copying the formats (using paste special) from the original sheet to mine; and the problem persists. I have also counted the rows in the print area; and they match.

What am I missing? And what can I do to get this to fit aside from changing the row height or zoom or using fit to page?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
You mean the text wraps differently in PrintPreview (and in printing) than it does onscreen?

No, even the print preview shows the last row landing on page 2; whereas this does not happen on the original spreadsheet.

Margins set the same? Columns widths? Is style Normal the same as for the original workbook?

It could be a difference in the printer or printer driver.

Not sure what you mean by "style normal". As for drivers and such; the original sheet prints right on my computer and his; while the new sheet prints wrong on both computers.
