Shift cell data to new column based on formula?

Hi

I'm looking for a formula that will move data across columns left or right based on a formula. Reason for it needing to be a formula rather than copy and paste is that this is likely to change often. Example:

Cell A1 = 2 (hard coded number which can change)

Data from columns B1:B10 required to move 1 row down and 2 columns across to B3:B13

Is there a way to do this please?

A formula can only display the result of a calculation in its own cell, it can not make changes to data in other cells. That would require vba.

If B1:B10 already contains formulas then it might be possible to do what you want with them. Without seeing those formulas (if they exist) and the layout of the sheet there is no way of saying whether or not it would definitely work.
