Shift patterns

Does anyone know of a spreadsheet that would allow me to work out different shift patterns over a 24 hour period? We currently have 6 people on 4 shifts but want to move to reduce this to 4 people per shift with 6 people between the hours of 1200 and 2000. It would need to take into account the EEC working time directive etc etc.

Any help would be good as it's driving me mad!
