Hello Everyone,

As above, need to know the shortcut for fill/font color instead of clicking the icon each time.

Thanks in advance!

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
thanks jbeaucaire! Yeah I know that shortcut but I need to use the keyboard to repeat that color again.

After you colour one cell, select another cell and press F4. That will only work, though, if you haven't done much else in between.

Could you leave the colouring until later and then select a cell of your (colour) choice and double-click the Format Painter and then click or click/drag over all the other cells you want that colour?

I know neither of those suggestions is just what you were after, but just trying to offer something since I don't think there is a keyboard method for what you want.

Thanks a lot Peter_SSs. Actually you did great, you showed me how to repeat the same color by pessing on F4. Thanks indeed!
