show all possible combinations

hello i would like to know how to get a list all of the possible combinations
of for a example of 10/4 possible combinations without to type all the combinations in by hand? i hope you understand my question and hoping for a answer soon. Thank you very much.

Follow this link to a previous response to this question. Go half way down page 2 to the posting by Ekim. He refers to a soloution given by Myna Larsson and is the best soloution I've seen (hence I keep it bookmarked)
