Show Blank Cell Unless...

Trying to setup a closing date calculator. The formulas are easy and are working fine, but when I convert this to be added to a website, it populates a date with year end '00 in A7 & A13. How can I make the cells show as blank until until A3 and A10 have values selected?

  • Select Contract Date (cell A3) is a date selector
  • Actual Start Date (cell A7) contains formula A3+1 since the start date is first full day
  • Select # Days (cell A10) contains days selector of 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180 days
  • End Date (cell A13) contains the formula A7+A10

Any help is appreciated.

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
I answered my own question right after I posted this. Didn't see where I could delete my post, so here is my solution:

A7 - Start Date

=IF((OR(ISBLANK(A3))),"",A3+1)

A13 - End Date

=IF(OR(ISBLANK(A3),ISBLANK(A10)),"",A7+A10)
