Show cell blank then no value in reference cell

Hi all Again,

I need assistance that when ever my REFERENCE cell is blank then it show no data mean empty.

e.g
my data in c1
taking in on another sheet on c10
i need when ever there is no value in c1 then c10 shows empty.
